We have recently had Keven come to our home to sand back and reseal our wooden floors and bench tops. From the very first meeting that we had with Keven to the completion of the job, we found him to be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Keven’s passion for his trade was refreshing, and for this reason we chose to have the work done by Ingrain Technique instead of other floor refurbishing companies, which offered a lower price. Keven described the process thoroughly and explained the benefits of his techniques and the reason that the grain in our floors and bench tops would look much more enhanced from his methods.

Our decision to go ahead with Ingrain Techniques turned out to be the best choice. Our tired old wooden bench tops now look better than they did when they were first installed. Our floors no longer have scratches or dints and all stains have been removed. They look amazing! The results of Keven’s techniques we exactly as he promised.

We stayed home while Keven was sanding and completing the bench tops and experienced his dedication and thoroughness. His promise of no dust was exactly as he said – No Dust! We then left him the keys to our home to complete the work and knew that we were leaving our home in good hands.
